Our services include:
Curtains, voiles, & blind make-up
We provide a customised made to measure service for curtains, voiles and Roman blinds. These can be made to your desired specification from measurements you provide or by our measure and fitting team upon request.
Custom-made bedroom accessories
We can produce bed throws, bed valances and bed spreads to your specifications. We can also make drapes for four poster or half tester beds.
Upholstery services
While we do not undertake upholstery in-house, we are happy to provide advice on quality, affordable upholsterers.
Interior design services
We have a specialised interior design team available for consultation appointments. From small domestic projects to large scale commercial renovations, we can advise on room compositions including flooring, paints & wallpapers, soft furnishings and lighting. We can also provide site visits at affordable prices.
Paint & wallpapers
We are agents for a variety of paint and wallpaper manufacturers including, Sanderson, Designers Guild, Osborne & Little, Ralph Lauren, Eijffinger and many more.
Decorative pelmets make-up
Our curtain make-up team also produce made to measure valances & pelmets including swags and tails, stiff pelmets, wooden pelmets & soft gathered pelmets. These can all be customized to dress your window. You may choose either a straight or shaped pelmet to complete your desired look.
Accessory make-up
Accessory make-up services are also available for cushions, loose covers, table cloths and more. We create all forms of decorative cushion designs, with frills, tassels, buttons & folds.
What should you know about our services?
What is the return policy?
Fabric: We treat our fabrics as a customised product as it is cut to your specified meterage, because of this we have a no-returns policy on our fabrics. If, however, there are any faults with fabrics that were not disclosed as a slight second in the product description, this must be reported within 14 days of receiving the goods, we can then discuss rectifying your order.
It is important to check your fabric thoroughly upon arrival as we cannot accept returns of faulted goods once they have been cut, treated or altered in any way. All orders are photographed prior to dispatch for quality and control purposes.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, such as custom-cut items like fabrics, linings, and trims.
Non-custom cut items have a 14-day cooling-off period. We don't provide a prepaid return label. Please contact us to discuss any returns.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, depending on order size.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally.
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of high quality and a fair value. We source both new stock and clearance items from all over the world.
All of our bespoke products are created using local upholsterers and seamstresses.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
