We would not recommend washing your curtains or blinds as lining materials can have a different shrinkage rate to the fabric material and can result in puckering or shrinking.

FABRIC/TRIM ORDERS

Current stock: Fabric orders are treated as custom pieces as they are cut to the customer's specifications and therefore are non-refundable.

If there are faults or inaccuracies in the fabric that weren’t disclosed in the product description, please contact us within 14 of receiving your goods so we can discuss any issues and rectify your order.

Slight seconds: All our designer seconds are disclosed as such and are also non-refundable or returnable. Although on appearance there are only slight variations this could include a misprint, dye colour batch imperfection, mark or stain on the fabric.

Alternatively, the fabrics may be labeled as such because they are discontinued or end-of-line. All images of the designer fabrics are taken by us of that specific roll, not from the original manufacturers. Because of this variation, we advise ordering samples of any slight seconds you are considering purchasing.

Image colours: Due to the nature of lighting variations and the limited realism of colour shades through screen viewing, colours may differ between the online image and viewing the fabric in person.

Images on our website are only a representation of the product's pattern and colour, we therefore highly recommend our customers order samples of any product they are considering purchasing if you have not had the opportunity to view them in-store.

All orders are photographed for quality and control purposes prior to despatch.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Fabric: We treat our fabrics as a customised product as it is cut to your specified meterage, because of this we have a no-returns policy on our fabrics. If, however, there are any faults with fabrics that were not disclosed as a slight second in the product description, this must be reported within 14 days of receiving the goods, we can then discuss rectifying your order. It is important to check your fabric thoroughly upon arrival as we cannot accept returns of faulted goods once they have been cut, treated or altered in any way. All orders are photographed prior to dispatch for quality and control purposes.

DELIVERY

Delivery is completed once you have received your products, delivery is within the UK only, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed outside the UK. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery of products varies depending on suppliers’ availability and lead times.

For shop floor and the majority of our mainstream suppliers’ sales we estimate delivery between 3 and 5 working days, any fabric orders under 3m may be folded and orders of multiple different fabrics may be rolled onto the same roll. Velvets will always be on a roll.

Some of our fabrics are printed to order or manufactured and stored abroad so for these products there is a minimum of a 16-day lead time on delivery. This will be disclosed upon placing your order.

For multi-product orders, delivery times may differ for each item.

If there are any abnormal delays with your products, you will be contacted directly and given the option to either wait for the revised lead time or cancel your order.

If you receive notification of an unsuccessful delivery from our couriers, it is your responsibility to contact the couriers directly to rearrange delivery or pick up.

PRICE & AVAILABILITY

Prices: Our prices are subject to change from time to time depending on suppliers' cost increases and inflation. All advertised prices are including VAT. Delivery costs are not included.

If there are any errors with our product pricing, we are not obliged to supply items that are advertised incorrectly, in such instances you will be contacted directly and given the option to either pay or be refunded the difference of the correct value of the product or cancel your order.

We do not aim to price match online as we strive to get our customers the most reasonable price without devaluing our products and services. We aim to be as transparent and honest with our price guides as possible so you will never find us undercutting first-quality fabric values or alluding to discounts on part of our services. We pride ourselves on face value and quality products.

Mainstream fabric availability: Our current fabrics are available on repeat order until the line is discontinued. If any of our ordered fabrics are delayed or discontinued, customers will be contacted directly via email. They will be given the option to choose another fabric, wait for products to come in stock, or be issued with a refund.

Designer seconds availability: All our designer seconds are limited stock. Available meterage of these items is updated every 24-48 hours but if an item has been sold in excess of its availability a refund will be issued to the customer.

VARIATIONS IN GOODS

Our mainstream suppliers work within a 5% fault and colour tolerance on fabric batches, this means different rolls and dye batches can differ for the same product. Although largely indetectable we recommend where possible ordering from the same roll/dye batch all at once to avoid any variations. We do not accept returns within this ratio.

SAMPLES

Samples are available to order from each fabric and are 50p each including postage. Samples from current stock and suppliers will be ordered through those companies directly and be dispatched from the brand themselves and posted to customers. The sizes of these samples will vary depending on pattern size and supplier.

Due to colour variations and representations when viewing our products online, we strongly advise ordering samples of anything you are considering purchasing and haven’t seen in person.

Our shop floor samples are cut directly from the roll and are between in 2”-3” wide and 4”-6” long

If samples don’t arrive within 10 working days of placing your order contact us over the phone, via email or social media and we will track your parcel or reorder any samples.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a no-cancellation policy on any of our cut or made-to-specification products. You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for any non-customised products.
